FLOWER DELIVERY 

Blushing Blooms Florist are based in Loganholme and deliver all over Brisbane and Gold Coast within a 40km radius  of Loganholme. We work closely with our delivery driver to make sure your order is delivered exactly the way it left our flower studio. Delivery rates are determined by suburb. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct address and contact information of the recipient to avoid failed deliveries. If the wrong address is provided and delivery has been attempted, we may charge extra to re-deliver to the correct address.
If there is nobody at the delivery location at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact the recipient. If the recipient is unreachable, we will leave the arrangement at a safe place if a safe place is accessible.

DELIVERY HOURS

We deliver from 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. If a Sunday delivery shall be required, please give us a call and we can see what we can do to help. 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Blushing Blooms Florist we take strong pride in our work and the quality of flowers we send out. If for some reason you are unhappy with the flowers you receive, please take a photo and either text or email us within 48 hours. If we agree that the flowers aren’t of good quality for some reason or you have received the wrong product, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement delivery with no extra delivery charge.

FLOWER SUBSTITUTION

Due to the Nationwide flower shortage we may need to substitute some flowers from your order for a similar looking flower or colour. If substitution is required, we will make sure that the substituted flowers are of equal or higher value to the flowers in your order. We assure you that if this shall be required, your order will still look similar to what you have ordered.

SAME DAY DELIVERY 

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11 am of delivery day. If you are wanting to place an order, and it is past the cut-off time for same-day delivery, please give us a call and we will see what we can do.

FUNERAL FLOWERS 

At Blushing Blooms Florist we strive to make your loved ones funeral extra special. If you require something different to what’s on our website, please give us a call to discuss your needs and we will try our very best to make it happen.
